What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. Payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption & PCI compliance to protect your information. We also offer the option to pay via CashApp.

We do not accept HSA or FSA payment options.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders paid before 3:00 PM Eastern are processed and shipped the same day.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping (UPS): 2–3 business days

Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, high seasonal demand, inclement weather, holiday closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays and can only provide tracking information as updated by USPS or UPS.

What happens if my package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?

If your package appears to be delayed or has been in transit for 3 days or more without an updates, please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once an investigation is initiated, it can take up to 8 business days to reach a resolution.

If the carrier determines that the package was indeed lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we will ship a replacement order—provided that shipping insurance was purchased with your original order.

IMPORTANT:  If shipping insurance was not purchased with your order, we are unable to provide replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and we cannot assume liability for such incidents.

Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of the delivery date as marked by the carrier. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if we are informed after this timeframe.

What products does Accelerate Labs offer?

Accelerate Labs provides a wide range of high-purity research peptides and amino acid derivatives. These include popular compounds such as Semaglutide, BPC-157, TB-500, Sermorelin, GHK-CU, CJC-1295, and more. These peptides are designed for research purposes only. Each product undergoes rigorous third-party testing to ensure quality and 99%+ purity.

How do your research products arrive?

Our research products are shipped sterilized and sealed, containing lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. This form ensures the highest purity and stability during transit. We do not reconstitute any of our products prior to shipping. Researchers are responsible for reconstituting the product according to their needs. We do not offer or supply syringe or needles.

Are these products for human consumption?

No, all products offered by Accelerate Labs are strictly for research purposes, lab use, and in vitro only. Our products are not for human consumption of any kind. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What is the purity and quality of the products?

All products at Accelerate Labs undergo rigorous third-party lab testing to ensure the highest level of purity and quality. Each product is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis, confirming its contents and specifications. We do not offer research products with a purity level of less than what is classified as research grade.

Where are your products made?

Our research peptides are proudly made in the USA, adhering to the strictest quality control guidelines. We ensure that each product meets the highest standards of purity and efficacy, reflecting our commitment to providing research-grade materials you can trust. We do not sell research products that are tainted with fillers, impurities, or peptides with lower net peptide content or absolute peptide content than claimed.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

All orders placed with standard shipping are shipped via USPS. All expedited orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day. All products are lyophilized and are not shipped climate controlled.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer standard shipping via USPS for $9.99 and expedited shipping via UPS 2-Day starting at $28.

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping via USPS.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, which varies based on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All products are lyophilized and are not shipped climate controlled.

At this time we only ship to addresses residing within the United States.

We do not ship to military bases or U.S. territories including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What is shipping insurance? 

We offer shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against theft or loss by the carrier. If insured, we will reship your order if it doesn’t arrive as expected.

Orders valued at $400 or higher (pre-discount) are required to have shipping insurance due to an increase in lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages without purchased insurance.

Can I return or exchange products?

Due to the sterilized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
