Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally processed within one business day or less (Monday - Saturday). Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–7 business days, while expedited shipping usually takes 2–4 business days.
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, seasonal demand, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for carrier delays and cannot provide further information outside of what USPS or UPS provides.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email and an electronic tracking number.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking on their website. Once a shipment has been handed off to USPS/UPS delivery times are no longer in our control.

Our research products ship from Florida & Nevada. Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern on Saturday will not ship until Monday.
Orders are not shipped climate controlled as all products are lyophilized.
Costs & Delivery Times:
- $15 – USPS Priority Shipping or UPS Ground (Estimated 2-7 business days).
- $28 – UPS Express (Estimated 2-4 business days).
- $35 – UPS Express - Alaska & Hawaii (Estimated 2-4 business days).
- FREE - USPS Priority: All orders valued at $200 or higher.
We offer shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against theft or loss by the carrier. If insured, we will reship your order if it doesn’t arrive as expected.
Orders valued at $400 or higher (pre-discount) are required to have shipping insurance due to an increase in lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages without purchased insurance.
If your package appears to be delayed or has been in transit for 3 days or more without an update, please contact us immediately so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once an investigation is initiated, it can take up to 8 business days to reach a resolution.
If the carrier determines that the package was indeed lost, stolen, or damanged in during transit, we will ship a replacement order—provided that shipping insurance was purchased with your original order.
IMPORTANT: If shipping insurance was not purchased with your order, we are unable to provide replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, and we cannot assume liability for such incidents.
Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of the delivery date as marked by the carrier. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if we are informed after this timeframe.
At this time we do not ship outside of the United States, nor do we ship to U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition, we cannot ship to U.S. Military bases. All orders placed with these delivery locations will be canceled and refunded.

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. In the rare event your product arrives damaged or appears to be incorrect, please contact us at support@accelerate-labs.us within 7 days of delivery to notify us of the issue. We will work with you to resolve any problems with your order.
