No-Purchase Entry (AMOE) — Limit 1

Promotion Period: Begins November 23, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends January 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is official.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states & D.C., 18+ at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Grand Prize winner and guest must be 21+ (due to venue/alcohol service). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions (final/binding).

2. HOW TO ENTER

A) Purchase Entry (during Promotion Period)

During the Promotion Period, place an order at Accelerate Labs. Entries are awarded on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping/tax:

• $100 = 1 entry
• $250 = 3 entries
• $400 = 6 entries
• $600 = 10 entries

Entries accumulate across multiple orders within the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) set of entries per order based on the final qualifying subtotal.

B) Bonus Entry Events (purchase only)

From time to time during the Promotion Period, Sponsor may announce bonus entry multipliers or featured products (e.g., “2× entries sitewide,” “+2 entries with SS-31,” “3× entries on NAD+ hour”). Bonus opportunities, timing, and any SKU restrictions will be announced on the site, email, and/or social and apply only to qualifying purchases made during those posted windows. Bonus entries stack with the tiered entries above.

C) AMOE – Mail-In Entry (no purchase; limit 1)

To enter without a purchase, handwrite on a 3"×5" card: your full name, street address, city/state/ZIP, email, phone, date of birth, and the statement “Golden Vault Sweepstakes AMOE”, then mail in a #10 envelope with sufficient postage to:

Postmark by: January 8, 2026; received by: January 15, 2026. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person/household for the entire Promotion Period (multiple mail-ins beyond one will be void). Marketing opt-in is not required to enter or win (you may include an optional checkbox; entries are valid whether or not the box is checked). Mechanically reproduced/illegible/late/ postage-due entries are void.

Note: AMOE entries are not eligible for “bonus entry” multipliers or product-specific bonuses.

D) Entry Conditions

All entries must be submitted by the deadlines above. Use of multiple identities, automated methods, or fraudulent activity will void entries and may result in disqualification. Sponsor may require proof of identity/eligibility consistent with these Rules.

3. GOLDEN TICKETS (NOT PART OF SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING)

Orders placed 11/23/2025–12/01/2025 may randomly receive a Golden Ticket redeemable for $25–$50 store credit. Golden Tickets are promotional gifts, not sweepstakes entries, and may be used anytime subject to card terms (not redeemable for cash except where required by law). Distribution is random while supplies last.

4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)

• Grand Prize (1): Las Vegas Weekend for Two over Valentine’s weekend 2/13/26-2/15/26 including:
• Round-trip coach air for winner and 1 guest from a major U.S. airport (airfare cap up to $2,000 total),
• Two (2) nights hotel (standard room, double occupancy; ARV $1,500),

  Grand Prize ARV: $5,300. Travel must be booked by Sponsor’s agent; blackout/restrictions apply. If winner lives within reasonable driving distance, Sponsor may substitute ground transport in its discretion with no further obligation. Winner/guest are solely responsible for incidentals, meals, tips, transport to/from airports, and all other costs not expressly stated. Guest must be 21+, and will be required to sign a liability/publicity release. If winner is 18–20, an alternate non-alcohol VIP experience may be provided.

Total ARV of all prizes: $15,548. Site credit is issued as a digital gift balance and is subject to standard terms (not redeemable for cash; no resale; non-transferable unless Sponsor approves). No substitution or transfer of prizes by winner; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal/greater value if any item becomes unavailable.

5. ODDS

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Sponsor (or its agent) will conduct a random drawing on or about January 15, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via the email and/or phone on file. You must respond within 72 hours and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability/Publicity (where lawful), W-9 (for prizes $600+), and any travel documents within 5 business days. Non-response, failure to sign required documents, or ineligibility may result in forfeiture and an alternate selection.

7. TAXES

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for any winner receiving prizes with ARV $600+.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules, and to cancel/suspend/modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes via random drawing from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their officers/directors/employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of any prize, including (without limitation) personal injury, death, property damage, or travel-related activity. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations/exclusions; some may not apply.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for advertising/trade without additional compensation or notice.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Marketing opt-in is optional and not a condition of entry or purchase.

12. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Arbitration/Class Waiver: Any dispute arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Clark County, Nevada under the rules of JAMS/AAA; no class actions or class arbitration permitted; jury trial waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of entry by emailing support@accelerate-labs.us with your name and statement that you opt out of arbitration for this Sweepstakes only.

For a winners list, email support@accelerate-labs.us with subject “Golden Vault Winners List” after January 31, 2026 and before March 31, 2026.

14. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES

• Sponsor may disqualify entries that misstate identity or use multiple emails/accounts to exceed limits.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.
